[How-To] Building Your Own Social Networking Site. Part 2 - Installing HumHub Social Network

- Well everyone, welcome to part 2 of How-To series on "Building Your Own Social Networking Site". 
- In this part, I'll show you how to install 'HumHub' framework as a Social Network Platform. 
- Remember, if you are beginner in all these stuffs, then please read Part 1 first. 

Let's Start.

Step 1 : Go to 'Social Networking' Section in Softaculous App Installer as shown in part 1. And find, 'HumHub' as shown in figure below. (If you are following my tutorial series, then you can do it easily)

Step 2 : Now, Click download icon as highlighted in image above. Then you will get following screen as shown in image below.

Step 3 : Now, Click 'install now'. (Note, after clicking it, you will get exactly similar screen as shown in part 1 where we were installing peoplepods. Do exactly what you did in part 1. If you are confused, then please read part 1 very well)

Now, if all goes right then screen like below will appear.

Step 4 : Notice 'administrative url' and open it in new tab. Screen like below will appear. 

Step 5 : 

• Login with your admin email & password. 
• Notice at bottom, 'Register' button is available. Meaning, anyone can signup now. So, we must configure settings in admin dashboard for defining who can signup and how the verification process will be done. 

Step 6 : Once you login with your admin email and pass, then following screen will appear. 

Ok, this is it for now. In next part, I'll show you how-to change settings, how to play around administrative features in humhub. So, next part will be continuous portion of this part.
